Retiring My Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils

Today is a sad day–a very sad day indeed. I am retiring my Prismacolor Premier colored pencils. 🙁

But just my old 24 set! You didn’t think I’d actually stop using Prismas did you? NEVER! (hehe) They were getting to that frustrating point where they were too short to use, and I really don’t like using a pencil extender. So I bought a beautiful brand new set of Prismacolor 36 pencils to replace them.

I also bought a new Niji roll to put them in. If you haven’t seen me use a Niji roll for my pencils before, then you’ll enjoy watching how I use it in this video. I was also curious to see what colors were included in the 36 set that are not in the 24. So watch me swatch a new 36 set of Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils!

I literally just got one of your books and my first set of 150 Prismacolor Pencils last week. Yesterday I had an “oh no” moment when I read your email. 😳

Thanks for another great video! 😁
