Our Marker Paper is one of the thickest papers you can get in a coloring book, so ink bleed through is rare. However, if your coloring style includes heavy layering or you just want a little extra peace of mind, then add a Blotting Page to your order.

Select this option if you do NOT want your pages bound into a book. This is a great alternative to perforation–no need to tear pages out of a book.

“Fairy Tale Bliss, Volume 1” is a Bliss Artist collaborative coloring book! This book includes 20 Fairy Tale Designs drawn by Oksana Kupriienko. It’s spiral bound at the top of the page (for right and left handed colorists); and is printed on your choice of our favorite coloring papers–including a Special Edition Toned Tan paper option (printed with Sepia colored ink!)

About the Artist

Artist Oksana Kupriienko

Oksana Kupriienko is a passionate artist from Eastern Europe. She started drawing when she was very young and has loved it ever since. She was trained and educated in Academy of Arts, where she gained ample experience with hand-painted techniques like watercolor, oil painting and line graphics. Applying her classical knowledge, Oksana became a self-educated digital artist. Based out of Lviv, Ukraine, she has built a flourishing career creating all kinds of digital artwork.

About the Art

Lisovyk

I really like to draw trees and forest creatures. In Ukraine we have Lisovyk – “spirit of the forest” from Slavic mythology. Usually he is shown as an old man. He is a friend of nature and the creatures that live in the forest. A few years ago I had a lack of inspiration and decided to take a vacation. I spent a week in a small village in the mountains and each day I went far in the forest with my sketchbook. The Illustration of this character, his world and his daily routine are based on that experience.

    I bought this to take on vacation and to help me with both my color pencil blending and watercolor and guache. I ordered this book on Mixed Media paper and am loving it. I won’t hesitate to buy the next one. The linework of Oksana Kupriienko is lovely and the Bliss Mixed Media paper is exactly what I needed. Thank you.
