These are great pencils. I have the big set and a few pencils got so short, I need to replace them. Luckily they are available open stock. But having a brand new set, would be amazing. I have the tri-tone book from the time I was a academy member and I learned all about my prismacolor pencils.

I would like to try the Prisma pencils, had a set many years ago. Right now I am using the Poly Chromos and really like them, and a cheap set of Castle (which are pretty good, but I prefer the Poly Chromos), and H&B which are ok. Thanks for the possibility to get the Prismacolor Colorpencils. I´m from Germany and it is very difficult to get the Prismacolors here and I wish I would get them, because I want to test them since a long time. You can only get them by amazon, but there is a big chance to get fake one. And they are very expensive in Germany. The prize of the full set ist 220€. But we get the the Holbein color pencils for 280€.

Oh wow just watched the comparison video, so interesting to see the results. I’d like to try Prismas for that colour payoff and rapid, creamy lay down. I’ve got some Polys and Chromas and they are a bit frustrating if you have a large area or are short on time and just want to create something quick that day. Prisma also seem to have a better range of colours. I’ve seen a video on YT for the new Polys and the extra colours will certainly help.

Prismacolor pencils are still my favorite as well. I have tried multiple sets but always return to Prismacolor. I’ve only had quality control issues with 2 pencils where the core was shattered but that was from a set bought 15 years ago. No issues recently.

Until my first adult coloring book a few years ago I hadn’t colored since I was a kid and I didn’t learn anything about coloring as a kid. We had no art teachers. I’m just starting coloring and love the videos and information on your channel.
I absolutely love Prisma color pencils mainly because they are easy on my hands. They are my go-to pencils all the time because of the weakness in my hands from my disability. They also are bright and lovely to use. I love the smooth texture of them and prefer the wax base pencil. They have been my favorite since 2020 when I became disabled and coloring became my therapy. There’s no other well-balanced color selection in my opinion than the Prisma colored pencils. I’m absolutely excited to hopefully win and get to experience The hard work you put into your books in you know the time that you took you and your husband to help others in the classes that you give to teach. Absolutely love and respect that and I can’t wait to eventually be able to experience that the coloring will and all of that that you have I know is going to help me. I like the fact that it’s a color wheel for prismacolors, but also for any other type of pencil so that you can actually even possibly pick colors depending on the pencil. Okay I think that’s phenomenal. Thank you for your guys’s hard work and thank you guys for being selfless and thinking of all of us at this colorist out here is that struggle was understanding certain things wanting to learn and understand. I appreciate you both!

Hi Jennifer, Steve & Rose (woof), thank you for another great informative chat about pencil sharpeners. There are so many out there!! I bought the X-acto School Pro Sharpener (blue colour), seems very robust and great results with all types of pencils (coloured /graphite). As it was a USA/Japanese plug system, I had to purchase a 300w power supply step down power voltage converter transformer to comply with UK electricity supply. I wonder if the ones with USB chargers are compatible with the USA & UK? I also have several M&R sharpeners, including the brass single and double hole size ones, as well as the magnesium triple hole specialised sharpener (not sure this can have replacement small sized blades). A stationery geek maybe!! Your prize bundles are truly amazing, and extremely generous, someone will be extremely lucky to win!! Gill xxx

I just love the way Prismacolor Pencils work with almost all types of paper.
The first pro pencils I had were required by the art school I went to a long time ago. I still use them today, some of mine are little nubs but they are vibrant and I love all the colors. My friend and I use to go to our local store and look at the dozens of colors of the open stock way back when. it was like a wall of rainbow colors.

This prismacolor giveaway is so special to me, because it was prismacolors that were the first ever nice art product I used back in High School. I used to use them to draw anime, now in my adult years I have used them for all different types of artwork including coloring in coloring books. If I won these they would be a special gift to my precious nieces. Both of them often sit with me and create artwork alongside of me. I would love to be able to give them their own set. hey Jennifer, would you please consider doing a comparison of some of our newer color pencils sets…. Woomer, Ohuhu, Artex, Arteza, & Castle Arts… and I wished the Searching for the Lost Girl pencils were still available as these run right here with the 3 listed above…. I know you have completed comparisons with some of these pencils in the past, but I don’t think Woomer was in the mix… I also would ask if you could do the markers Artex, Woomer, Ohuhu, and if Arteza and Castel Arts now have a marker set, let’s include them as well… Thank you Jennifer & Steve for all you do for the coloring community….both of you are awesome…

Prismacolor pencils are so beautiful. I love their vibrant colours and how smooth they are when colouring!! They do break easily but there are ways to reduce this by using certain pencil sharpeners like the T’GAAL Multisharpener.

So grateful that I recently found Coloring Bliss on YouTube. As someone also having a chronic illness (Mitochondrial Disease with type 1 diabetes, chronic pain & fatigue, migraines, and more) I found Jennifer’s story so inspirational. I just signed up for the academy level and I can’t wait to get started learning and utilizing all these resources put together by Jennifer and Steve!
