The Holbeins look beautiful. I plan to watch your first Holbein video to find out more about them. I am working my way through the Big 3 classes. I used the Holbein colored pencils while visiting with my Sister-in-law one year. It was an enjoyable experience and always wanted to own a collection. But most importantly, I love everything about your collection, the way you instruct, the tips, which are critical to knowing the ends and outs, and just everything about what you do and how you do it like no one else. I really enjoy watching you in you tube. I am a single mom of two, and just recently lost my job. I had just started coloring again using different types of mediums such as coloring pencils, alcohol markers, and gel pens. I hav found watching your channel and learning new techniques helps brings my stress down which is good when your diabetic. I’ve only used one Holbein pencil. It was a white pencil I ordered from open stock.
I love it, even better than Prismacolor.
I love you guys too. I’ve been following ya’ll for about 6 years. And last year or early this year I became a member. I love everything I have access to and pla on staying a member. Visually when I have a question, your videos are the ones I turn to.
Anyway, I don’t completely know what your circumstances are Jennifer but I do understand using coloring as a way to get out of ur heads.
I’m disabled, have several severe medical conditions and spend as much time as I can coloring. Jesus, coloring and my baby, a shi tzu keep me going.

I have heard of them, but never used them before. They are on my ‘to get’ list. Right now all I have are Crayola and the first Black widow set, which I was lucky enough to find on sale. I am new to adult coloring, it was suggested to me as a way to help deal with my chronic pain.
I’ll be 92 in August and have never had a set of professional colored pencils. I just finished Johanna Bassford’s Ivy and the Inky Butterfly fairy tale coloring book as a rememberance of me for my great grand-daughter. I wish I had this set of pencils. Truth be told, winning the Hobleins is probable the only way I will ever get them. After investing in the Luminance, Pablo (my favourite), Polychromos, Lightfast and Prisma, I can not see myself buying these with them being more expensive than the Luminance.
I am interested in the quality of these pencils compared to others. I have FSS so winning the full set is a dream come true.

Love your informative videos and tutorials, wish I had more time to view them all, but I try to keep a balance between learning, experimenting and actually coloring. I’m not a very neat or skilled sketch artist, but I do try to doodle or draw abstract designs and figures that I can go back later and color in. When I get bored or stumped I’ll go back to coloring books. Thanks for all you do, I know it takes up a lot of time.

Never used Holbein Pencils but after watching the video I think they are very good pencil! I am not sure I could ever buy them as they are expensive but hope to win this generous giveaway 😍🙏🏼

Oh, you have brought a big wonderful colorfilled memory to my life. Colored pencils when I was little, were so rare and such a dream for this little girl… so here I am re-living that dream!! I spent alot of time in hospital rooms recovering from different issues and coloring was always a winner. What better way to while away the long days waiting to be outside again. So, from the little girl inside of me, thank you so much for rekindling this dream!! I enjoy your videos and have perused them many times in the late or early of the night! God Bless you!!

I love the Holbein colored pencil I have but I only have 1 that I purchased to try to see if I would like them and absolutely love them but cannot really afford them due to medical issues at this time. I have 6 genuine Holbein pencils–all neon. Holbein only had 6 of these “luminescent” colors, so I could feel like I actually owned a “set” so I would for awhile tame my FSS. I of course wanted the whole set, but I especially wanted the pastels! They were so pretty! I had true pastel color in my full set of Tombow Irojiten colored pencils, but as much as I love the Irojitens, I find them to be very tricky to work with to get the look I want in my coloring (and SLOOOOWWW). However, Holbein is SO expensive, so I ended up with the Brutfuner Macaron pencils to see if I actually would use really pale pastel colors as much as I think I would. (I actually wanted the to try the Castle Arts, but they were for a time, out-of-stock just about everywhere).
I would love to win a set of Holbein colouring pencils. I hear so many wonderful ideas hangs about them but I can’t afford to purchase them right now as I’ve had to re-allocate my craft and colouring budget to my rescue kitties this year!!

I have my eye on many different coloured pencil sets and the Holbein is only one of them! I own the 150 set of Prismacolors and they are great, but I’m always hunting to see if there is something I like more. Your channel is inspiring and I love your work.

I believe Holbeins are a dream to work with, both use them and the price.
i have mixe emotions about the holbein pencils. some days i love them, other days not so much. some colors are dryish, leaving crumbs behind. other colours i just love, like the Raisin and Cork and an intense green.
i don’t think they blend as well as pablos and can look smudgy, not smooth, if that makes sense. but overall, i would love to add the set to my coloring studio!
