Just made copies of the Ohuhu color chart. Thank you. I am going to try again later…my printer is not printing the names of each Ohuhu ….printing but very faded. I am sure it is my printer. I will let you know how it goes. I love Ohuhu markers. Love ya, Granny Mimi (Deanna)

Where did you get the name and number from for the Ohuhu markers? I have the brush tip and the chisel tip markers and mine only have a number which doesn’t correspond with the numbers you have (and every Ohuhu swatch chart on the internet has). Example my 8 is pink. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jennifer! Thank you for sharing all the work you put into this resource! After watching the video where you talked about this swatch chart, I had a question. I don’t expect you to answer me here – maybe this might be something to address in a video? I might not be the only one wondering… You said you deliberately did not intermix the regular set and pastel sets (put them in order together.) Why is that? Would you also pick out a separate set of basic tri-tone blends for the pastels, as well? Why would the pastels just not become the lightest shade in a tri-tone set that included non-pastels? I suspect there is some color theory I am missing here – have had no education in this particular area of color! LOL Thank you for being such a loving and supportive person and sharing yourself and your talents with the world in your unique ways. And Hi Steve!
    Thank you, Deborah Witmer

Hi Deborah 🙂 The main reason we did that was time…and to help people differentiate between the different sets (since there isn’t one big set that can be purchased to get all of the colors in the Honolulu line.) But if we were to do tri-tones, we would definitely consider the pastels for the lights.

Hey Jennifer! I had been purchasing my Ohuhus in small sets, but finally did it and bought the 216 brush set and it arrived yesterday! Do you have a printable chart for all of them? I’m sure you do, but I’m in a rush trying to get to the printer place. Is there a way I can beg you to email it to me? LOL 🤞
    Thanks so much!
    Nancy

Hello I was wondering the same thing as the person above me. Did you make a 216 chart?? If not is it possible to send a Ohuhu without names and colors???

    Thank you 🙂

Thank you, Jennifer, for sharing your knowledge and research with your subscribers! I haven’t picked up a pencil, a paintbrush, or a pastel in many moons, so I was delighted to find your site, because I need to make color charts. I still have most of my Prismacolor pencils from college (way back in the groovy 1970’s) and am looking forward to using them again. I also have a set of Tombow water-based markers and a set of Ohuhu alcohol markers my husband gifted me with, and I am looking forward to try both of them. I hope your 2023 will be a good year!

I’ve tried printing twice on Coloring Bliss marker paper and the names and numbers are too faint to read. I’ve used all your other charts which printed beautifully.
    Am I doing something wrong?

  • Megan Schulte Apr 15, 2023 @ 20:50

Will you do a swatch chart for the Ohuhu 216 brush and chisel tip markers too?
    Thank you,

Will you ever do tritone work sheets for the Ohuhu Honolulu set?

    • Jennifer Stay Oct 24, 2023 @ 11:15

It is high on our list 🙂
