This weekend my family and my sketch book visited a spectacular spot in North East Utah. It was so blissful to fill myself with the sounds of birds, the smell of the ponderosa pines, and the site of the deep blue waters of the Flaming Gorge. I couldn’t help but add some art to this beauty and share the result with you.

Coloring Book Update…

I have been touching up some of my favorite coloring pages and creating brand new ones to be included in my first coloring book. I am also composing a list of 5 steps to be included in the book. These steps will share my process of how I use art to relieve pain and stress. I am really excited to share this with all of you because it makes such a big impact on my life.
